Getting started
- Install Ply from the Shopify App Store. Ply imports your products and recent orders on its own; the Ply home page shows the import status.
- In Online Store > Themes > Customize, add a Ply block: "Bought together" or "You may also like" on product pages, "Collection kit" on collections, or the cart block.
- Save. Recommendations appear right away. Pair rates ("62% of … orders also include this") start once you have about 50 orders; before that Ply uses your product types, tags and kit rules and says so.
Common questions
Nothing shows on my product page. Check that the block is added and saved, and that the product has other active, in-stock products to recommend.
How is revenue counted? Orders that include a product a shopper clicked in a Ply block in the same browser within 7 days. Ply reports this as influenced revenue, not revenue it caused.
How do I uninstall? Settings > Apps > Ply > Uninstall. Billing stops, and Ply deletes your store's data after Shopify's 48-hour erasure request. See the privacy policy.
